 We will clean a 3 X 3 area of carpet in your home (the worst place on the carpet) to show you how well our cleaning method works. If your not 100% satisfied with the process you can ask us to leave, no questions asked and no charges.

Step One

The first step in our cleaning process is a thorough pretreatment of all the carpeted areas to be cleaned. The pre treating step allows the cleaning solution which is sprayed on to loosen the soils in the carpet so they may be removed in step two. A carpet cannot be properly cleaned without a proper pre treat.

Step Two

The second step is a steam rinse of your carpet. All the loose soils and detergent residues are removed by the clear steam and powerful extraction process. The result is a fresh, deep cleaned  carpet. There are no residues left to cause re-soiling.

Step Three

Step three takes place at the same time as step two. The pre treat and the steam rinse will remove 95% to 98% of you spots and stains. As we are final rinsing and we come across spots which do not come up we use our individual spot cleaners to remove these spots. If the spots do not come up at this point you have a permanent stain which cannot be removed.

Step Four

Because there is an additional charge for step four, it is an optional step. Step four is the application of carpet protector (Scotchgard). Although it is optional I always highly recommend this step. It protects your carpet from spill and stains which might otherwise ruin your carpet. Most spills and spots can be removed with just plain warm water if the carpet is protected.

•Most furniture - sofas, chairs and tables - are moved and put back into place. Furniture protectors are placed where needed.

•Spots are pretreated using the appropriate cleaning agent, helping to remove any spots that will not respond to the cleaning process.
